After meeting at ComicConAfrica, I was commissioned by Richard Cordeiro to do some concept designs for a new, homegrown miniatures company - Untamed Creations.
The brief was to create anthropomorphic characters inspired by the iconic animals of the African continent, fused with fantasy and scifi elements.
The process was very organic and collaborative between all the creators involved. Upon deciding on the primary concept designs it went to Steven Saunders to do the 3D sculpting, Mario Shiakallis for mold making and finally to Roman Lappat to do the beautiful box-art painting of the model. Along the way each artist added little flourishes and details to create something I'm very pleased to have been a part of.
So far two miniatures have been released with plans to have more available in future!
